1. Title:3 MLD STP - Inlet outlet of last Phytorid bed

Description:This can be called as one of the greatest achievements of TES till date. Expanding its horizons the technology has now reached & accepted by one of the most respectable government authorities at the capital of country. The purpose is to rejuvenate Shahadra Jheel by treating the municipal sewer waste being directly disposed into the Jheel, the plant has been designed to treat 3 MLD waste water using Constructed Wetland Technology. The treatment scheme includes primary followed by CWT as a secondary treatment ultimately followed by filtration as a tertiary system. The sewage from nallah shall be directly pumped to collection tank through screens. The sewage shall be lifted to grit chambers followed by collection cum settling tank where tube settler will be installed. The settled sludge will be directed to further disposal using decanter system. The overflow from the tube settler will be collected into the launder followed by constructed wetland beds. The nearly treated waste then shall be passed through filters for tertiary treatment. The treated effluent will be discharged into the Jheel.

Description:Sewage collected from various source passed through screen chances ,then it is collected into collection tank & then passed into "Bioreactor" where it is seeded with microbial culture which consumes organic matter as food.Then effluent from bioreactor is sent to plate settler to settle the sludge.Further for more efficiency it is passed through pressure sand filter & Activated carbon filter.

Description:TES has received one more job of Upgradation of ETP,in Ambernath.In this project all units are existing except ,sludge drying bed.The sewage from various places is collected into collection equalization tank,then it is further passed into reaction tank where polymer is added for more setting of suspended particles followed by intermediate collection tank .For polishing treament the effluent from ICT passed first into pressure sand filter then into activated carbon filter ,this treated water is further used for various secondary purpose & sludge will transfered to sludge drying bed .

Description:Designing of 500 CMD capacity STP such that it adds to the aesthetic value of the premises. The main constrain while designing was to protect the existing green cover. The STP is designed in such a way that there is least disturbance to the existing green cover and is routed through the existing large & old trees making serpentine layout. Only 2 HP power is required for the entire treatment plant & only 1 person is handling the O&M. There is no use of chemicals & absolutely no mechanical & electrical equipments used in this system. Hypochlorite disinfection was later on added as the water was being thought to be used for gardening, otherwise the treated sewage is being used for flushing purpose since past more than 4 years. The system was later part of the Vasundhara Award of MPCB as an aspect of water conservation.

Description:Designing of 1.5 CMD capacity packaged ETP based on conventional primary treatment followed by CWT as secondary treatment. The effluent is generation from paint booth, coolant, component washing from the motor shop. Apart from adding to the aesthetic essence to the premises, the compact plant has helped in reducing the space requirement..

Description:This is one of the oldest plants installed by TES. The plant comprises of collection tank followed by poly mixing chamber which connects to clarifier for sludge settling. The overflow from the clarifier passes through wetland & the sludge is dried in sludge beds. The specialty of this plant is achieving standards without use of any tertiary treatment. The plant is working satisfactorily even after so many years of its installment & has benefitted the industry in terms of financial savings on O&M.

Description:This is a fullfledged sewage treatment system with the view of reusing water for contact purpose. Thereby it is a combination of collection cum equilisation tank followed by clarifier for removal of solids. Overflow from clarifier passes through wetland beds & is subjected to tertiary sand & activated carbon filter. There is also a disinfection system in form of hypochlorite dosing. The industry is reusing water for on land irrigation since 4 years.

Description:It was one of the most challenging project wherein ASP was initially being constructed and Technogreen was asked to retrofit the half way constructed part by CWT. Thereby the project has utilized collection cum settling tanks from ASP and built CWT beds. Again intermediate and final collection tanks were used from earlier construction whereas tertiary facility was also augmented. It being a hostel facility for research centre of BFL group, wastewater is intermittent and thereby also poses challenge for usual functioning though desired treatment standards have been achieved satisfactorily.

Description:Space constrain was the critical issue in providing the plant. This IT industry had very limited space available for installing the plant and thereby the system has been architecture within the ambit of available yet only 1:0.8 (wastewater to land) availability. The issue was resolved by providing the plant in C-shaped design around the building. The wetland beds have added to the aesthetic beauty of the campus near the canteen wall and supported with DMF & disinfection system using Hypo dosing

Description:A time has come when MVML had to believe in Technogreen capabilities and the success and potential of Wetlands as effluent polishing system to support replacing quaternary treatment facilities (i.e. RO & MEE) of their existing conventional ETP. Four years after TES has challenged the design of TCE, MVML nodded for implementation of CWT for paint shop effluents as polishing treatment system to be fed into HRTS for achieving zero discharge standards under the RRZ policy zoning of MVML in Chakan. The system is simply without use of any power achieving standards of RRZ stature. The greatest sign of success is that yet again Phytorid has formed part of the success story for MVML’s Vasundhara Award from MPCB

Being in the industrial zone and expected to sometimes have effluent contaminations, the system is designed to handle such shock loads through providing clarifloculator with poly dosing system followed wetlands. The system is further supported with tertiary filtration system including disinfection.

Description:Expanding the horizons of Phytorid application in industrial wastewater treatment, this plan has provided a great success and confidence in TES camp by providing an alternative to aeration (ASP) system. The effluent being highly variable in pH, it being from mushroom unit, has a full-fledged primary component comprising of chemical dosing for neutralization and coagulation followed by settling. The overflow passes through CWT and is filtered through PSF & ACF.

Description:The technology was provided to treat the dairy effluent which has characteristic high BOD & COD. The treatment process consists of primary process of conventional chemical treatment with simple settling. The interesting part about this project was regulation of hydraulics since the effluent was generated once weekend and conventionally wetlands require wastewater continuously. Thereby optimization of construction dimensions and flow regulation for maximum output was the greatest achievement. Overflow from settling chamber passed through wetland system and tertiary units. This was one of the first experiments of wetlands for effluent treatment and has been very successful & satisfactory

Description:At the time when wetland were conventionally thought to be only sewage treating systems, Technogreen expanded its experimentation with an undertaking to clients for achieving successful treatment standards as required by Regulatory Bodies. This was yet another feather in hat for CWT wherein graphite & sand reclamation chemicals loaded with excessive oil and solids were first treated with primary chemical process for solids and toxics removal and followed by Wetlands for organic removal. Tertiary Activated Carbon Filtration completed the process of treatment to the levels desired. Since the effluent was excessively refractory, the system was later acclimatized by adding sewage as a secondary wastewater source in wetland beds.

Description:Dreaming to take wetland to a new level of treatment system in fields unexplored earlier by any of the organization, Technogreen has convinced yet another of its respectable client to take up CWT for its pickling acid wastewater treatment need. Half a million litres per day is expected to be treated using conventional neutralization followed by Iron removal process and then CWT for trace organics removal. The system is further augmented with tertiary PSF & ACF which feeds into Reverse Osmosis for complete recycling of the treated water back into the pickling process. With an inlet TDS values ranging to the tune of several 1000’s, the system is expected to achieve <100µS conductivity.

Description:When wetlands can be part of the effluent treatment from pickling division of Bedmutha, it was essentially pretty easy for them to be convinced that CWT can surely treat sewage to the extent beyond those needed for compliance purposes. Septic tank followed by Wetland and passive filtration system is proposed to be sufficient to treat 25CMD sewage to be finally utilized for on-land irrigation purposes.

Description:Even before the pollution regulatory board of Karnataka had accepted wetland as sewage treatment technology, Mahindras continued their confidence and extended it from Maharashtra to Karnataka. The challenge though was contours and entire system was to be elevated by almost about 2 to 3m. System is simple with conventional septic tank at 2 different locations which feeds into wetlands and followed by tertiary filtration. Initially hypo-dosing system was proposed but with Technogreen’s experience expanding, it provided UV disinfection system

Description:Interesting enough, CWT now has found its way into slaughter house wastewater treatment and probably this would be the final destination since the worst of worst effluent from industrial sector is that generated from slaughter house. Low cost, maintenance free and lowest energy consuming system was the demand which is being fulfilled by CWT. The system comprises of conventional physico-chemical primary treatment for disintegration of organic matter like blood and body parts followed by neutralization cum coagulation and settling. This partially treated wastewater flows through series of wetland beds and finally through tertiary filtration system achieving the regulatory standards at Bhadrakali.

Description:Non-compliance was to its most vulnerable extent when client was searching for non-conventional treatment system after being fed up of failures of already existing conventional STP in Mahableshwar site. Being a hotel, ill-odour was one of the most sensitive issues and it took us a while to convince client about CWT since it was to be implemented near party lawn. Sewage form hotel was collected in existing septic tank followed by newly Phytorid beds. The final treatment was provided by retrofitting the already existing tertiary sand and carbon filter to achieve maximum compliance and sought clearances from regulatory body

Description:One of the greatest challenges Technogreen has accepted to treat the polluted water in one of the nallas meeting Godavari River, Nashik in State of Maharashtra considered as demonstration project for implementing Phytorid Technology for treating wastewater in-situ. The objective of using Phytorid is to adopt in-situ i.e. within the nallah treatment process and to avoid use to mechanical and electrical equipments thereby reducing O&M concerns during operation. 40CMD in-situ plant is designed & successfully completed.

Description:Initially designed for 30 CMD, the hydraulics even before start of construction was expected to be doubled and thereby the existing system is 60CMD. The strata consist of hard rock and sensitive with school and lake surrounding the site. This was our first ever success when regulatory authorities were convinced and accepted to have this technology demonstrated in Track. Conventional collection tank with wastewater being pumped into elevated tube settler for solids removal. This elevation helps maintain gravity flow for rest of the system and save enormous energy. The overflow from settler flows through wetland and finally passes through tertiary filter. Many are eyeing on the proof of treatment in chemical sense which they are already convinced visually.

Description:Effluent passed through screen chamber which removes floating matter, which collected into reaction tank where coagulants like lime & polyelectrolyte dosing is done, which increases the efficiency of removal of suspended colloidal matters.The effluent collected into primary clarifier where effluent allowed to hold for some hour, which allow to settle the settleable particles as result of addition of coagulant. The effluent further passed to phytorid bed for further polished treament . Treated effluent from phytorid bed passed through filters and collected into final collection tank and sludge generated into primary clarifier passed to sludge drying bed for removal of moisture present in sludge.
